November Empties . 2014
Hii y'all, my first ever November Empties (I know it's not much but I figured, 'let's get this ball rolling anyways'.)
First off, this month has been more of favourites than an empties in terms of what I've been using so don't judge. I promise December would be more an empties as I have a few more products finishing soon! So keep a look out for that, in the mean time. Here are my November Empties for you.
As winter gets more dominant during this month, my skin started to get dryer so moisturising my skin became one of the most essential thing to do DAILY.
How can I not finish up a moisturizer like this?
It's the Vaseline Essential Moisture Lotion Original Version . It's in the smaller pack as I was travelling quite a bit between October and November too so this was very handy to bring along. Quality wise, works as a moisturizer and it doesn't leave a thick feeling on your skin which is great if you're looking for a lightweight moisturising lotion.

Next one is of course, another thing we all use on a daily basis: Shower Gel.
The Body Shop Spring Orchid Shower Gel . I got this from Malaysia a while back so I don't think they have such fragrance in the UK. But either way, this scent was a decent floral scent. Used this up quickly though. The scent was lovely but it didn't exactly leave my skin feeling 'soft' like how a shower cream would (obviously - cause it's a gel) but either way, I LOVE the body shop scent so I would definitely get more of the other shower gel range from the Body Shop to give it a go!

Because with the weather changing from hot to cold and moving from one country to another, my skin had took quite a toll in terms of intense weather change. I had more break outs than ever and my skin went from super oily to dry and back to oily. I couldn't live without a scrub, I needed that 'clean' feel and with wearing make-up + acne, having a scrub that has salicylic acid is life-saving.
This is the Garnier Pure Active Multi-Action Scrub. I got this also from Malaysia just before I left hence the travel size. This scrub is awesome. I never really trusted Garnier facial products but this scrub seemed to work on my skin. It has salicylic acid and the scrub consist of tiny beads. So it does scrub you skin without 'scratching' your skin. It is a cream formulation so it does give you that 'clean' feel after usage which I love in a scrub cause it makes my face feel squeaky clean.

Because I have been travelling, moving and etc, and me generally being quite OCD, I tend to have a bottle of sanitizer with me EVERYWHERE I go, just in case. (You never know if you ever need to wash your hands and you can't).
I have never seen an empties video that features a hand sanitizer gel but this is the Carex Moisture Gel and its not just an ordinary sanitizer, it is infused with some form of moisturiser in there that makes you hand feel soft once the alcohol has dried up so it doesn't dry out your hands even if you use it a lot - which SANITIZER tends to do because of the alcohol in there. So in a way, it's good for your hands too! To me, it felt like I was using Hand Cream + Sanitizer at the same time.

Another shower product I've used up, because I've been loving taking warm showers everyday, I have been using up shower gel/foam/cream quite a lot! So here's another bottle I've used up this month.
I have seen reviews about this Imperial Leather Foamburst : Moisturising Honey & Almond Milk everywhere so I wanted to try, although it was about 2.70 pounds instead of the 1.50 pounds mark, it was worth it. It lasted twice as long as a normal shower cream/gel would and it lathers up like a shaving foam. It's 2 in 1 , smells good, really lathers up your body, last long, leaves your skin super soft and plus.... isn't it just cool to have a shower foam similar to a shaving gel formulation & design?
If you're up for something new in the shower, try this out. Worth your money.

Like I said, with travelling/ working and etc, stress is unavoidable at all cost. So having to detox my face & eyes is just the pamper session I needed to do at least once a week. It's something I always look forward too.
I will do a 'Pamper Night' routine post one day but let me just say how hard it is to find a drugstore eye mask? So when I found it in Sasa (Malaysia), I needed to grab a few to bring it along with me to the UK cause I know I would need it. This is the Sasatinnie Detoxifying Anti-Puffiness Smoothing Eye Mask . It comes with 3 pairs of stick-on pads which you put under your eyes for 10 minutes, and peel it off - simple as that! It got 3 packets for RM10 as a promotional offer so yes, if you can get your hands on this , GET em'.

This last one is a true random, I wasn't sure whether I should add that in here but since it was something small yet significant to me in this time of year, I needed too.
Now I know, Instant soup ? WHAT?! But man I tell you, this 4 sachets fills me up during my 30 minutes lunch. If you're ever in need of a quick pick me up during the day & you want something hot yet tasty. Get an instant soup. It is in powder form so all you need to do is add water in a cup and it's ready! It's portable, it taste good, why not? It is unhealthy to be taking it everyday, so DON'T abuse it but yeah.. if its ever chilly outside and you need something warm, a warm soup is perfect for such situations!

There it is, all my empties this month that I personally have used up completely. I can't wait to share more with you next month so I hope you'll keep a look out on it.
