Travel : Cambridge , England #2015

Image
Helloooo , let's head to Cambridge!  Lets head back to Cambridge & to all its glory & historical goodness . We went for 2 nights and we did a ton of things . It took us about 4 hours or so to finally get to Cambridge from where we were so we were soo hungry by then. After checking into our halls ( yes we stayed in one of the colleges which gave us a more special touch to Cambridge - like we were from there ;) ) we had tea.  at  Fitzbillies  - a nice lil place that serves one of best tea, scones & cakes.  Prices were reasonable & decor was very vintage, classic & traditional which ties in with Cambridge's vibe perfectly.  Then we had to do some sightseeing too <3 (Get ready for some pictures! ^^) Corpus Clock - an amazing masterpiece to tell the time.  Next attraction - Cambridge COLLEGES - They're all pretty prestigious and beautifully made. There's 31 different colleges all over Cambridge & each have their

Hello =) Hope your day has been alright. Just a quick usual post for you - an empties for November!  ^^ I love doing empties post because not only it clears more room in my room but also , its nice to look back on products which I've finished & enjoy the satisfaction of using it all up!  #satisfied :D ............................... Anyways, let's begin!  Left to Right:  [Soap & Glory Ultimelt , Boots Essential Cucumber Face Wash, La Roche Posay Serozinc, Soap & Glory Clarify Cleansing Gel, Garnier Light Day Cream]  ¤ My take on it : Great for a 'pamper' night routine , it does melts into your skin ( doesn't foam up) , it comes with a cloth which is really soothing when you use it in your shower and just lay the warm cloth on your face to remove the cleanser -- relaxing! It does make your skin soft instantly.  HOWEVER, I dont feel as if it 'cleans' my skin hence I don't use it as a regular cleanser but

Self Help : Time to be yourself & stay YOU.

Helloo welcome back! :)  Currently having a hot cup of tea while writing this post :) #feelingheavenly when it's super cold outside. Anyways, today I have another post about 'embracing your own self'' . I know it's been the *topic* all week and it's because I'm currently going through all these changes too. As in, I'm beginning to trust & believe in myself and I find it really inspirational on how just a slight change can really  - change the way you look at life.  So I figured while going through that 'transformation' , I could share it with you too. : )  And to be honest, I find it weird to be happy on days where I used to be 'moody/emotional' .  ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ My story  Let me begin by telling you a lil bit of who I 'am' or used to be - here's some things about the 'old me' .

Self Help : The only person you should compare yourself to is yourself.

Hi readers,  Welcome back. =] Today's post is about comparing yourself to others ( literally as the title says)  and that's because I've been noticing and observing a lot lately how everyone around me is, and when you actually do that - you notice a lot of things. One of the things I noticed is people easily comparing themselves to others and end up feeling bad for being themselves EITHER that or, they just feel really insecure about standing up for themselves .  And you know what?  I get that .. but I also know, how unnecessary it is to feel that way & no one should feel 'limited' to be themselves just because of what other people think . Here's 5 ways to why you should not compare yourself to other people.  1) It doesn't matter? As in .. comparing yourself to other people does not make you anymore superior or successful than what you already are. Instead it makes you look insecure because you feel threaten that others ar

It makes you so relax just closing thinking about paradise. It is as if you're standing right there. =)  Here's few ways you could do to 'take some time off' 1) Do something different (  change up your routine ) - i.e : go to the gym, explore a new restaurant for dinner, watch a new movie, coo

Relationship : Find you first before you search for someone else.

Hello everyone - welcome back. Loving someone out of loneliness OR love is two diverse roads. One is for good reasoning and the other is the opposite. This is why we need to find ourselves, appreciate who we are before we can allow ourselves to love another.  What will happen if you love someone but you're insecure about yourself.  1) He/She will lose interest over time because you're constantly questioning your position in the relationship. 2) Your partner will be an add-on stress to you when you're lost with yourself . 3) The level of trust, confidence and self worth starts to deteriorate . 4) You lose your identity - you lose what made you attractive in the first place, because now that you're in a relationship - you'll stop chasing the person you love, and you're so afraid that he/she will leave you that you become this clingy person.  5) You become this 'attention-seeker' that will require validation from your partner
