Sleek Contour & Blush Palette Review .

Image
Hie there, this week's beauty post is all about my new palette that I'm soo happy I got. It is/was a splurge purchase out of impulse because Superdrug was having TRIPLE POINTS WEEKEND .  So after much persuasion from my friend +  triple points - I took it as a sign to get it and I love it! It's the   Sleek Contouring & Blush Palette. {LIGHT} What you get:   a) Peach Blush With Golden Shimmer Particles  b) An illuminating highlighter shade  c) Brown Shadow Contour Shade. ~¤» Reasons why I love this palette :  * The Blush is a unique colour - gives you a slight glow with a peach /coral tint and it's super pigmented!  * The Highlighter - A little goes a long way, it gives the right amount of glow and it's not iridescent where it can come off very artificial looking on your skin, this one is pigmented enough where a little goes a long way so you can have more control on how much glow you want on your targeted area.

Travel : Difference between being on holiday & staying permanently in a new city

Image
Hi everyone, I've just been thinking about what its like being on holiday in a place and love it so much and what its like to stay in that city itself for a period of time.  I never knew how different those two could be until I experience them. I mean, don't get me wrong, I like being where I am.. but the two major things I miss the most is: a) HOME b) FAMILY. The two things that will make you feel whole .  However, at my age, I do still enjoy travelling/ exploring and just learning new culture, and adapting to new things in life. So without any hesitation, here are some random pictures I took from random places, all over the UK.  Whether it's the North or the South, it's pretty beautiful having to experience the difference, the language (accents) , different beliefs, different foods, different way of life basically. Being here on holiday, you don't get too see as much cause you normally see the surface of the  place an

How much should ONE sacrifice in a relationship?

Image
Heyy, so I was just being curious to how much should ONE person sacrifice for the other just for the sake of being together and etc.  It's funny how much we can sacrifice for our partners without us consciously knowing what we're doing.  Sacrificing in a relationship is good because it's part of compromising with each other but anything that goes overboard is WAY overboard. I mean, relationships are hard in general and it takes two to make it work , so compromising and sacrificing can play a major role in maintaining the relationship. However, don't follow blindly without knowing what you're actually sacrificing. Things such as going along to watch a movie that you wasn't that interested in but you do it because you know how much your partner loves it is fine but when it comes to sacrificing who you are as a person just so you can be with him/her - that's way over the line. It will work for a short period until you get sick and tired of bein

Travel : Brighton #2015

Image
Heyy, I'm back with a new travel post. Went to Brighton about a month ago and just thought I should share with you how amazing this city. I'm soo excited! ^^  I went there with my friend for the bank holiday weekend and we both didn't expect it to be that good. What I initially thought of brighton before going there : Just another beachtown by the coast.  NOO. I was wrong! Thankfully! xD --- Brighton basically is about 2 hours train from London and it's an amazing getaway place. If you're looking for a city + beach environment, Brighton has a good balance of it. You'll be entering a new city, full of tourist, locals, multi-cultural restaurants, and all types of people, shops and etc. Brighton to me was a new lifestyle change, I felt young again ( not that I'm old ) but for you to feel such vibe upon entering the city, is quite a huge influence. Now, let's get straight to the pictures.   City of Brighton  Brighton ci

May Empties 2015 .

Image
Heyy I'm back with another empties post. I only do this every 2 months simply because it's hard for me to use up a lot of products in a month so usually I keep them till I have enough so approximately 2 months.  Anywaysss, let's begin. I've got a lot of skin care & hair care products this time so let's get onto it.  I'll provide links to the skin care & hair care products that I've used up in this post too, as for the rest, I think it's pretty general products . :)  Left to Right : Boots Tea Tree Witch Hazel Charcoal Mask, Boots Cucumber Facial Wash, Simple Clear Skin Oil Balancing Moisturiser, Garnier Anti-Imperfections Cleansing Gel, No7 Soft & Soothed Gentle Toner. Reviews:  * Boots Tea Tree Witch Hazel Charcoal Mask : 'Great for a simple mask to help clear impurities and make your skin feels soft and smooth. Doesn't really help clear acne in my opinion but it does moisturise my skin after too which I like'
