How to get over someone?

Image
Hello readers, Just got out of a great relationship? Couldn't find any ways to 'hate' or 'to break free' from attachments because you still have feelings for them? Asking yourself, 'WHY' instead of accepting what it really is. Feeling the whole 'depressive' state and just wanting to shut the world out? Having no appetite or no mood for any social contact?  And you feel like you're useless, unlovable & you deserve to be in love? Well, welcome to my world. At the moment. I figured the best way to help, is to ability to relate. Well, for me... I never thought I'd go through such pain from a heartbreak. Before this, I've seen movies, posts, articles about heartbreaks and I always thought, 'nahh, it's just another heartbreak - get a grip with your life and you'll be fine'  till I had to experience it myself. Ever been in a situation where being apart is the only solution? that no matter

Travel Essentials (London 2015)

Image
Hello,  It's a bit late but I've got to share with you what I brought with me to London for my recent London trip. It wasn't a long trip - approx 4 days? So yes, and plus staying at a friend's place helps heaps in reducing what you need to bring ;)  So let's get down to showing you what I brought.  PS : Excuse the mess . ^^ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Skin , Body & Hair Care 1. Body Lotion / Body Butter : Keep your skin nourished and moisturized. Mine is this Satsuma Body Butter from the Body Shop & it's the mini sized one - makes you smell great while on your travels too! :) 2. Face Mask : Get either sheet masks or disposable masks on the go. When you're travelling, you're not at home, it's hard to take EVERYTHING with you. A packet jam-packed with skin nutrients to boost your skin when you're travelling is your life saviour when you're away.

A slight change (schedules)

Hey there, This post shall be nothing more than an update for you to inform of the changes that are being made. Because I've been really busy, it's a bit hard to keep things systematic and organized on my blog. Due to that, I've been inconsistent with my postings which made things a lil bit more confusing. With that, I decided to come up with a schedule. It shall fix what topics I shall share about with you in that week. My schedule shall be as below: * Week 1 & 3 (of each month) ------ 2 Self Help Posts.                                                       ------ 1 Beauty Post . * Week 2 & 4 (of each month) ------ 1 Health Post                                                        ------ 1 Relationship Post                                                        ------ 1 Fashion Post . Yes that sounds a lot for someone like me to 'talk' about but I've been really inspired lately in all those fields that I just have so much to shar

Body Shop Haul (Feb 2015)

Image
Hey my overactive thinkers :P Welcome back. I've got a brand new post. Recently got back to using Body Shop & I'm loving it. It's all really nostalgic to me, reminds me of how I used to be soo obsessed with all of their range of products.  - So to begin my journey back to Body Shop, I picked up this FOUR items .  1)  Body Shop Seaweed Pore Cleansing Cleanser : I've used this before and it did wonders for my skin. The scrub isn't as abrasive as other harsh scrubs out there. The beads are infused within a clear gel that helps oil control on your skin. It leaves your face feeling clean and refreshed without drying it out. I got this for £10 but with their body shop member card discount , you can get it 10/15% off so it's a definitely worth a try if you haven't tried it out yet! 2) Chamomile Silky Cleansing Oil   - It cost me £10 too but because I've seen my favourite youtubers tried it out and I needed a new make up remover,
