November Favourites 2014.

Hii, it's November Favourites time, and there are quite a few things I've been using & loving this month that I can't get enough of. I tried to make it on a variety of categories so let's see what favourites have I got this month for you. :) 

BEAUTY

Will do a more detailed review on those two products above because they are JUST so great that I can't summarize them up in a caption so you'll have to look out for that if you're interested but they're both REALLY good products & I've been using it everyday since I've got them.

Excuse the messed out/disoriented blending on my hand, but this cream blush produces one of the most natural flush on your cheeks. The picture is definitely for Illustration purposes cause obviously, you don't apply so much product on your face - that's wayy overboard. Because it's a cream blush, it last on your cheeks longer than a powder blush and a little goes a long way. 

Best Cream Eyeshadow I've used up to date!Worth the money & the hype. Literally no crease, last all day, no smudge, perfect eye base colour. I just only wish they had more choice of colours on this range.

SKIN CARE

My skin had been really bad this whole month, like acne was flaring up all over my chin & I had to use foundation to cover up everyday to work and even so, I could still see it. It was that bad! I needed something to clear my skin up so ever since I've cut down my skin care to just a simple gentle cleanser, toner and this moisturiser (Simple Oil Balancing Moisturser) along with this charcoal mask, it started to slowly calm down and fade away. No kidding!

I thought Simple brand products are normally quite mild cause it's not as harsh or much chemicals as others, so I've always thought for acne, it wouldn't be as effective. But I gave it a go and it worked. Probably because, during acne periods, your skin prefers gentle products so this moisturiser doesn't make my skin look oily at all yet it makes your skin feels and looks hydrated which is what I love about it. It has witch hazel in it to help calm and soothe any redness too & it has a bit of cool feeling to it too. =) 

As for the mask, its a simple mask that removes dead impurities on your epidermis and the infused tea tree helps reduce spot size so yes, using these two products together work wonders for your skin & it's affordable too.

Ever in need for a deep hydrated 'put-at-night & wake-up-to-literally-soft-skin-to-touch' kind of daily moisturiser? THIS IS IT. It's my favourite moisturiser if I ever want something super hydrating. Doesn't make your skin feel greasy but it makes it soft & supple. It's quite thick consistency which is what I love about it cause it sticks upon application giving you that 'moisturized-feel'. No fragrance and it lasts quite a while for a 200mL bottle.

Random Favourite:

This bobble hair rings that looks like a recycle telephone cable, is meant to reduce the amount of 'tight-grip' on your hair when it's tied up but at the same time gives you that 'tousled-high' ponytail look. It does grip your hair pretty nicely. My only comments are, it stretches out after a few uses & if you like NEAT hair without any 'bumps', it might take you a while to adjust to get it right cause of the design of this rings with the space in between makes it a little bit hard to keep your hair all together when you tie them up. But I love the look of a ponytail using these rings, it perks it up and gives you a smarter ponytail look. {If you're looking for something different on your everyday ponytail look, try this out.} 

Favourite Snack

Bought a packet of Doritos + Salsa Dip , literally FINISHED that in ONE day, had to get out to get more dip for the rest for the next day. One packet of Doritos + 2 Salsa Dips = 2 days! Just one of those phase where I'm into Salsa Dips. :) 

Favourite TV Show

Quite old but I love how it makes me feel all family and it gives me this warm feeling inside every time I watch it. Can't get enough of it.

Favourite Music

You need to check this song out. Been addicted to this song lately. She's a youtuber who does covers but write her own songs too. I have been starting my day out with this song and ending my day with it too. Makes me feel energized, excited and just all out wanting to have fun & enjoy life. Love Megan Nicole.

Throughout November, I have been just trying to take as much control as I can over things that I never once considered. I started to stand my ground and because of having the courage to do that, I decided that I wanted to live a happier life and not settle for anything less than that. Because of that, I've decided to ignore the negative part of life and just focus on the positive, so that's been something I've been reminding myself each day.
