Self Help : 5 ways to enrich your life

Hope your day has been going great so far. I figured let's write a positive happy post today!

When life gets you down, come up with more ways to forget about it! 
The last thing I would ever do is to sit around & let for it to past. Nothing gets me going more than doing something that I love or something that benefits me. 

Here's 5 ways to enrich your life
1.)  Detox retreat/yoga retreat
Take a spa day or a nice holiday retreat to mentally & physically detox your body from your everyday routine. Not only is it good for you to getaway but sometimes we need to slow down and restructure our life to live in the moment.

2.) Digital detox
If you can't go away to some place, why not try digital detox. We spend so much time with our devices almost every minute of everyday that we become dependent on it but when really, there is another whole world out there of things to do without your technology. Time to get lost in the unknown.

3.)Do something new with your friends
Relationships are very important to us, in terms of helping us feel supported. So whenever we're feeling down, it's always nice to turn our closest friends . Hence, doing something with your friends either be it eating dinner out together or playing a board game together , just being with someone helps. It makes you appreciate your friendships more.

4.) Enrich your life with passion by doing things you love
Another way that could help is do the things you enjoy. Turn to your best hobbies to occupy your mind & take you to another world. I.e: if you love music, play your favourite instrument. If you love movement, start dancing. If you enjoy photographs , start taking up photography. Do what you enjoy most & watch the stress fade away. 

5.) Be selfless and contribute to humanity
Don't forget to give. The act of giving back can be a surprising healer . By being selfless helps you see the world through another person's eye & through there is where we'll gain new insight to inspire our own life. So don't be afraid to give back to humanity & your community. Kill two birds with one stone =)
