Beauty : Garnier VS Loreal Facial Wipes

Hey everyone,

Sorry I took a few weeks off for a break before I get back into blogging :D Anyways, I am back and I've got more posts coming up for you this month. Let's begin today's post is a quick , easy comparison between these two facial wipes.

I don't know about you but I went through this phase of figuring out the best make up wipes and I'm gonna admit, I was drawn to the packaging more than anything so with that, I was on the hunt for a great make up wipe that I can use on a daily basis or even just on occasions. Let's begin!

So the two that I bought for this round was the Garnier Micellar-Oil infused wipes and the  Loreal Fine Flowers Make Up Wipes . Both are reasonably priced & equally available easily to buy & you get 25 wipes in each packet.

With that let's get right into the review of it.

Let's begin with the
Garnier Micellar-Oil Infused Wipes

1. The cloth itself is thin and not entirely smooth. It gets dry quickly then it becomes like you're tugging your face .

2.It does get make up off however not very good for waterproof mascara for example. I tried with my Max Factor False Lash Effect & it didn't take it out, it dried out so quick that I had to tug it out on my eyelashes just to get some of the mascara out.

3.If you do use it for general cleansing for the skin, it works & it does the job.

4.It gives a nice natural glow cause of the oil infused but it does not make you look oily whatsoever so for you who has oily skin, don't be put off by this if you are going to use it.

5. It does clear normal make up pretty quick.

Verdict: If you're contemplating about using a wipe or the garnier micellar water, its better to go with the actual micellar water as that wipes off make up a lot quicker & less damage to your skin long term.

And as for the
Loreal Fine Flowers Make Up Wipes

1. There is a light flower scent to this which makes it nice to use, however if you have sensitive skin - it might cause irritation.

2. The cloth is slightly thicker compared to the garnier & also thicker so it doesn't go dry that easy.

3. Leaves your skin feeling soft & supple after cleansing

4.Does help remove waterproof make up , however same as Garnier - I wouldn't rely 100% on it.

5. The cloth is softer compared to the Garnier wipes.

Verdict: It's not the best make up wipe among all the other brands I've tried but it's not a bad drug store affordable brand to try.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

So all in all, between these two - I would go with the Loreal. I'm surprised because I love the micellar water from Garnier a lot but it's dissapointing when the actual cloth material makes your skin feel terrible.

On the other side of things, I've tried the Loreal make up remover before & it dried out my skin a lot so I was expecting that from this wipe but no, surprisingly it was good.

So if you've tried out any of this, let me know what you think .
Perhaps I may have gotten a bad batch but let me know in the comments below :)
Otherwise, see you in my next post,
