Self Help : How to fight through a tough day

Welcome back!
Today, we're discussing of ways to get through the toughest day , whether its stress from work kind of day or even a phase in your life that you're currently going through that is difficult. I hope these few ways helps you get ahead mentally & help you move forward more positive & happy.
So let's get straight on to the tips !
[Disclaimer : I don't expect all these tips to work for you, but it has worked for me so I'm hoping it may somewhat help or even just inspire you to do it in your own way , so good luck!]
1.) Learn the art of creating boundaries.
Learning to know when it's enough and just let yourself indulge in other parts of your daily life do help as a major distraction to helping you relax.
2.) Indulge in your inner self relaxation methods
This means either its playing games, watching TV, getting your sweat on with exercise, cooking, baking , socialising - whatever makes you tick - go for it!
3.) Face the reality of it & solve it from a third person's perspective.
Sometimes this technique may help you answer your questions. Imagine if your friend was going though the same thing, what would you say to help him/her?
4.)Find your outlet
Either its writing your frustrations or things that are taking space in your mind out into a notebook or even type it out into a computer OR to simple things like listening to music helps . Every little thing helps.
5.) Remember that what you're feeling is only for today, tomorrow CAN be another day.
If you allow yourself to realize that what you do today can change what happens tomorrow, then maybe you can see that there's light up ahead. All you have to do is tell yourself that you can't control certain things in life that happens but the thing you can control like your emotions and your actions next, is what you can do at your best to make sure tomorrow is a better day.
6.) Don't punish yourself or feel guilty over it.
You did what you could best at that moment, you know exactly how you can't change it now and there's no point in pointing fingers or blaming it on yourself, that's not going to help matters so just accepting that the past is over and focusing on the future is a great step forward.
7.) Sleep it off.
Worst come to worst, having some sleep never made things any worse. Sometimes, it heals the situation. It makes you have a clearer vision and focus towards your plans. So, if you're ever feeling overwhelmed,
