Travel : The 10 things I miss about being back home.

Image
Hellooo,  Today I decided to feel a lil homesick and so here I am writing the 10 things I miss about being back home! xP ------- I guess for those of you who are just like me, I bet you can relate.  Anyways, just a quick side note - looking up pictures to share with you was such a difficult task , not only did it made me super hungry, it made me want to be back home even more now. Damn .  =D Let's get started. 1. Food  You can't go wrong with home-cook food OR just any food from back home - I MISS IT all. The worst part is that, when you're overseas & they create something similar but it tastes COMPLETELY different. tsk tsk tsk and you'll be like 'that's not even close to the real thing'.  xD 2. Family and Friends This is a definite clear one. I miss seeing them, I miss being with them and just having to talk in the same language, do the same things or even talk about something you can relate to because they understand what ...

Beauty : August 2015 Favourites.

Hellooo, I'm always excited to write a beauty post for you all =)  Anyways, today we've got some of my top products I've been using in this month of August. Kinda like the 6 things I need this summer! :)  Let's begin!   ~» Product no.1 : Maybelline Long Extreme Stiletto Mascara My review : Gives you natural curled lashes, waterproof, does not make it feel crumbly. It does not add much volume but it definitely gives you length. Good at separating your lashes too. Love the formula for everyday wear and it isn't too difficult to remove in the evening too.  Here's where you can get it. ---------------------------------------- ~» Product No 2 : La Roche Posay Serozinc. My review : It's a micromist spray for the face. It comes off really evenly and it helps tones the face really well. It contains zinc oxide which helps combat redness. So if you're acne prone like me too, it's a good facial mist to help reduce irritat...

Beauty : Mini Kiko Haul (Aug 2015)

Image
Heyy,  so I just heard about this brand recently , Kiko and it's apparently an Italian brand of Make up. Since I've seen a few recommendations about a few things from this brand, one day ... I decided to walk in and see it for myself.  I spend a good 2 hours at least in there, swatching, checking out every colour and product line that they have. Having it to be a new brand to me,  I was quite skeptical so I didn't get much but I got 3 products which I just HAD to get because 1) I love the colour & packaging 2) The price was unbelievably reasonable especially for its quality.   Lemme show you what I've got.  Kiko Ultra Glossy Stylo SPF 15 : 813 Apple Blossoms. This is a mauve-coloured lipstick. The texture is creamy, non-drying (super moisturising) and it goes on smoothly on your lips without 'dragging' it too much. They have a whole range of colours and I like how it has a hint of gloss in there to make your lips look plump . K...

Self Help : You against the world

Image
Heyyy everyone, sorry for the late post. Have been busy for the past few days.  =D Anyways, I've got this one written down since a few weeks ago and it's about pushing yourself to be a better version of yourself rather than following where or what the world wants you to do because no one knows yourself better than you. -- I know for a fact like me, I get distracted really easily, I get pressured & I get influenced into what people do and say and that's normal but I noticed , it kept happening.. again and again to the point , I started to lose what's important to me ...  that's when I realized,  I needed to change the way I think. ----- That's when I learnt that.  That's when a shift occured in my life, where I started to be okay with leaving people out who don't bring any positive influence into my life , I started listening to myself, and I started to do things I personally wanted to do instead of doing it just bec...

July Empties 2015

Image
Helloo once again, it's time for another EMPTIES ^^ and I've got tons of things to share with you - so much that I'm soo excited. BEWARE : LONG post ahead!  -- Let's get to it then : July Empties 2015 Left - Right :  a) NYC Smooth Skin Primer ~ Cream texture, makes your make up last a bit longer and great for those with dry skin.  b) Body Shop Aloe Lip Care ~ 2nd tube in my life and it's my winter MUST have! Took me ages to finish but it's one of those lip balms that rich, nourishing, and doesn't chapped your lips even more.  c) Carmex Lip Pot Lipbalm ~ One of my favourite Carmex's product. I prefer the Body Shop Aloe Lip Care better but if you ever run out of options, it's not too bad for an everyday use lip balm. =)  d) No 7 Beautiful Skin Make Up Wipes ~ Suprisingly , this product blew me away. Took off waterproof mascara, cleared all my make up and didn't 'stripped' my skin . Impressed & total...
