Self Help: Taking the time to grow up

Image
Hey everyone, Welcome back! Today I'm going to write about growing up & how it changes us to bring us where we are today. WARNING : It's going to be a deep post. ;) Yes I do love writing deep, either expressing my deepest thoughts and sharing them with the world. Anyways, when it comes to growing up, its one of those things where I'm still getting grip on. Its a hard transition not going to lie. One moment you're living your student life & the next, here comes the bills, insurance & responsibility. :O Here's how to make that transition less TOUGH on yourself physically and mentally. 1.) Start to accept that it's merely part of life. Growing up means being old & mature enough to take control of your life. It's about taking some of the responsibility your parents hold for you to ease them & to help them relax a little. By accepting that it's natural & its a normal path of life, it ease the worry of 'w...

Winter beauty routine MUST HAVE

Image
Hey everyone, Welcome back! The new year definitely brings me new motivation to write up my blog more, which is good. It also brings me new light to trying out new products & sharing them with you all. So feel free, if you've tried any of these to let me know how did it work for you. :)  I got 4 major products here that made a significant difference to my skin whether it's on my face or on my hands or even on my lips, so here are the 4 key products I'm using this winter. Let's begin with the first product. This is the second bottle I've used. Ever since I discovered this product from   Nip + Fab  , every time it goes on sale - I stock up to use as a plumping serum. It's a gel fresh like consistency and a little goes a long way. I love every bit of this product. From the design from the bottle ( I know how weird that sounds) to the actual product itself, it does a great job for my skin. I notice how plump my skin is & also h...

Relationships : Does distance helps when it comes to relationship ?

Image
Hey everyone, Welcome back to a brand new post! I'm liking this new routine of mine , having to be able to post more content up for you to read =) , does really make my day.  Anyways, hope you're doing well. Today's post is about relationships ( haven't done one in ages ) . We're going to talk about distance. It's something I personally had to learn & go through. I did find it interesting though how amazing distance can sometimes help rekindle your love in a relationship.  The theory behind it is so odd but definitely it works. Well, to be fair - it's a risk. It can either go good or go south completely. But let's focus on the positive here ;)  Here are the benefits that distance can bring to a relationship. 1.) It makes us appreciate the other person so much more. Ever missed someone & gone way past 'missing you' to 'I can't wait to see you'? Yeah, it's that anticipation to see that look on ...

Bobbi Brown Eye Cream (REVIEW)

Image
Hey everyone, Welcome back! Today I'm going to share with you a post about a new eye cream I've been trying out based on the hype of it and wow, am I amazed or what but this is amazing. The eye cream I'm talking about is of course the  Bobbi Brown Hydrating Eye Cream  . During this winter period, the skin around my eyes gets really dry due to the cold, so ever since I've used this cream out twice a day (morning and night), my under eye area has been much more hydrated and my eye bags are less obvious too which is a second bonus. The price of it is 33 pounds so yes it's a little bit on the expensive side of the spectrum but it comes in a 15mL pot which will last a few months considering you're meant to use only a pea size each time you use it.  As you can see from the picture, it's a white cream that's thick and hydrating when applied. The cream is also very lightweight in texture so it helps refresh my eye everytime I apply. Thi...

Image
Hey everyone, Welcome back! Today's post is about something I went through for a short period. It got me curious because I was alone yet I wasn't lonely. However, I do feel lonely at times but I thought about the signs and how to tell the difference between the two which is what today's post is all about. I'm gonna share with you my differences and hopefully it can help you distinguish between the two if you're in the same boat as me. Let's begin with the differences.  Being Lonely  * Mainly affects more mental state compared to your physical surroundings * Insecure thoughts of yourself  *Always comparing yourself & your relationships to other people's *Lack of motivation *Often leads to overthinking & depression *Finds it hard to be happy  Being Alone *Constantly feel low about yourself *Tend to isolate yourself from any form of social activity *Does not go away even when you surround yourself with people ...

Relationship : Is it wrong to want your space?

Image
Hey everyone, Welcome back! Today's post is going to be about relationships. I haven't done one in AGES. I figured it's about time & plus it was something I was going through myself, seeing how I haven't been in a long term relationship for a long time till now.  So something I struggled early on in the relationship was having to get used to sharing space. I know it sounds ridiculous but I never thought it would be such a difficult thing to experience. I suppose I'm someone who likes my own space then, because I had to retreat to my own home & do my own routines every so often and it's during then I feel myself again which I felt bad for because I didn't want my partner to feel uncomfortable having me around and etc so in the end we talked it out and I realized this. I'm going to share you my experience & my take on it so listen up ;) I hope it helps if you're in the same situation as me before. Let's begin with these t...

Self Help: 2017 Birthday Realizations

Image
Goood Morning everyone, Welcome back! In relation to my birthday last month in August , I've decided to share a post with you all. I can't believe i'm turning another year older. Yeah, I still may be in my 20s but dang, I feel old! Those days of looking forward to birthday parties seem so long gone. Anyways, I decided in relation to it, I'd like to do a post about turning older - about realization & growing up. It's amazing what you can learn about yourself as you turn a year older so let's get into it. First off, I must say - turning older, I can start to see my levels of motivation & inspiration starts going down - I become more serious & less time to have fun and etc which is why I'm here to take a step back & take control of myself once again. I've got 3 strategies that can help you on a day to day basis to make sure you have full control of your life. =) 1.) Say more of 'I want to' more than 'I need...
